抄録別表記: The students are asked to keep the experience record for their ward practice. It is called "Experience Note". The purpose of the experience note is that the instructor can see the students' learning process. At the same time, each students would see what they are learning. And they can evaluate what they have done. The assignment of this note keeping is one of teaching method in the clinical teaching. In spite of the instructors expectation the students do not keep the record properly. So, our small group of instructors decided to investigate some problems concerning "Experience Note". We took following the three steps, (1) Study of the materials. (2) Search the instructors' concerns and ideas about "Experience Note" of their students. (3) To make the forms and let the student use them on the ward. The form, however, covers only a part fo the practices. It is very important for us to keep study using the form of Experience Note as the teaching tool on the ward. It is also necessary to study he forms with the ward conference and clinical report of prectices as a whole, because the experience note is only one of teaching tools we are using on the ward.
